Just your typical Thursday

Heya guys. Unfortunately, my inaugural post may end up being one of those angsty ones -- I dunno, we'll see if I'm still steaming by the time I get the end of this post. I've found that blogging is very soothing; most of the time I can talk myself out of whatever unpleasant mood I've found myself in.

Well, let's see, I promised you guys a sort of introduction. I'm assuming Emily and Abby are going to be the only ones reading this, but introductions of all sorts are important to begin any sort of story. Plus, I won't have a lot else to talk about if I don't talk about myself, haha.

Who she is: Louise, 18, lass
Where she is: halfway through senior yearrrrrr omg

Mmm, you guys know that I spend my non-school time with theater, but you may or may not know that I also love singing and playing around with the piano. I've played piano for ten years (um, whoa), but I've only taken lessons for like five of those ten, so I'm not nearly as good as I make myself sound like, haha. Piano's an awesome stress reliever, though, and I have a great time with it.

Also, I currently have an obsession with puzzles! I started during last year's spring exams, and I got two new puzzles for Christmas. Yussss. Except they're a thousand pieces, which is a looooooot. I'm used to the dudes with five hundred.

I'm kind of distracted right now, so I'm sorry that this post isn't super intellectual or in-depth or whatever. There'll be plenty of time for that in the future, I guarantee it (;

Let's see, what did I do today? We went by the bank this morning to set up a checking account and Visa for me...yikes, I'm officially old. After that we came home and I hung out for like an hour, then Dad, sister, cousin, and I went to go see Tron. Sister and I saw Tron at the beginning of break, but Dad and cousin hadn't seen it, so we went with them.

Tron took a pretty huge chunk of the afternoon, but it was cool and all. Lessee, after we got back from that, parents dragged the two of us out to go walking with them...which basically turned into a massive unpleasant family fight that I don't really want to go into. I came back ready to type up a giant, angry post about how much I hate my family sometimes, but I've decided that I don't really want to. I'm tired, and conflict makes my brain hurt. Maybe I'll just go curl up and read until dinner time, that sounds pretty good.

Peace out, my lovelies (:
